Thoughts for 2009

Here are some thoughts for 2009.
- Keep the alternating shot. Maybe adjust the mulligans, but not much.
- Consider a handicapping system that adjusts each day to keep more people competitive. It was great having 3 people competing on Sunday. Would be great to have 6 people competing.
- Have prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place
- Don't let LaPorta draft teams

Anyone else have thoughts?

I agree that the alternating shot worked well. And considering the fact that it was the only round where the teams tied, I think the number of mulligans was pretty fair.

How about a prize for most improved golf and least improved golfer year to year. You could base it on their net score. Mickey wasn't satisfied with just the championship trophy. He wanted a "Most Improved" award too.

alternating shot was ok, but I still prefer the scramble.

How would you propose changing the scoring to get more people in it at the end. Having 3 people with a shot to win, sounds pretty good like it is.

How did Seong manage an 81-97-81 in 2008?
